Start with information advantage
AI-generated content is not useful simply because it is fast to produce. Search content earns value when it answers a real question with information, examples or judgement that the reader could not get from a generic summary. The editorial brief therefore matters more than the generation step.

Edit for a real reader
A human editor should shape the page around the reader’s decision. Remove filler, define unfamiliar terms, add examples and make the next action obvious. If a paragraph does not help someone understand, compare or act, generating it faster does not improve the page.
Avoid templated duplication
Large sets of near-identical articles can weaken a site because they create duplication without adding new information. A better system uses AI to support research, outlining and drafting while reserving publication for pages with a distinct purpose and a reason to exist.

Connect content to proof
Commercial content becomes stronger when it connects to proof. Case studies, screenshots, process documentation, product specifications, expert commentary and clear service details make an article more credible and create internal links that help users continue their journey.
Maintain the page over time
SEO content should also be maintained. Services change, tools change and examples become outdated. A smaller library of accurate, interconnected pages is often more useful than an archive that grows automatically but is rarely reviewed.
EDITORIAL PRINCIPLETechnology should reduce friction. Human judgement still decides what is useful, credible and worth shipping.
